Docrify provides an AI-powered voice communication platform that includes:

• AI voice agents for automated customer communications
• Call handling and routing capabilities
• Voice transcription and analytics
• Integration with third-party services
• Workflow automation tools

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains current and accurate

4. Billing and Payment

Subscription Plans

Our services are offered on a subscription basis. By selecting a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

Usage-Based Charges

Additional charges may apply based on usage, including call minutes, SMS messages, and API calls beyond your plan's included amounts.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Usage-based charges are billed in arrears and are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Make fraudulent, harassing, or abusive calls
• Transmit malware or malicious code
• Interfere with the operation of our services
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect personal information without consent
• Engage in telemarketing without proper consent
• Violate TCPA, GDPR, or other applicable regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Docrify and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using our services.

7. Data Processing

By using our services, you grant us the right to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. For business accounts, our Data Processing Agreement applies.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

We strive for 99.99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOCRIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Docrify from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the services will cease
• You remain responsible for any outstanding charges
• We will retain your data for 30 days before deletion
• You may request data export before termination

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
