What counts as a document?
A document is any file processed through our system - PDFs, images, Word docs, Excel files, etc. Each file counts as one document regardless of page count.
What are AI agent minutes?
AI agent minutes track the time your AI agents spend on voice calls, processing emails, or handling chat sessions. Unused minutes roll over for up to 3 months.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and we'll prorate any differences.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, all paid plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to features. No credit card required to start.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and can arrange invoicing for annual Enterprise plans.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees for Starter and Professional plans. Enterprise plans may include implementation services that are quoted separately.
