Docrify was born from a simple observation: businesses spend countless hours on repetitive document processing and customer communication tasks that could be automated.
Our founders, Alex and Sarah, met while working on AI systems at a Fortune 500 company. They saw firsthand how much time and money was wasted on manual data entry, document routing, and answering the same customer questions over and over.
In 2020, they set out to build something better - a platform that combines intelligent document processing with AI-powered communication agents. Today, Docrify helps hundreds of companies automate millions of documents and customer interactions every month.
